End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of SENTRY software ("Software") developed by an independent team of developers ("Developers", "we").

Attention: By installing or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

A. License

The Developers grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software.

You may use the Software only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited:

  • Modify, decompile or distribute the Software
  • Use it for illegal activities or bypassing game protection
  • Transfer access to third parties without permission

B. Ownership Rights

  • All rights to the Software belong to the Developers
  • You do not receive rights to the source code or commercial use

C. License Termination

  • The license is valid until you cease use or violate the terms
  • Upon violation, Developers may block access without warning

D. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is".

Developers are not liable for:

  • False anti-cheat triggers
  • Game account blocks
  • Damage caused by using the Software

E. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by international norms, not the laws of a single country.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if impossible - in a jurisdiction convenient for the Developers.

Privacy Policy

What data do we collect?

  • Technical data: OS version, file hashes, game logs
  • Game information: nicknames, account IDs, suspicious activity
  • System data: RAM, running processes (for cheat detection only)

How do we use the data?

  • Only for cheat analysis
  • We do not share data with third parties except as required by law

Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA/152-FZ)

You can:

  • Request access to or deletion of data
  • Withdraw consent for processing (via [email protected])

Security

We use encryption and anonymization but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
